We keep this page updated as our subprocessors change. Where required by applicable law or customer agreement, we will notify affected customers of intended additions or replacements and provide an opportunity to object.
AI model providers listed below may be used directly or through OpenRouter, depending on the model and provider configuration used for the hosted service. Additional processing details are available to customers under an applicable data processing agreement or security review.

Customer-authorized services
Inbox Zero also connects to services that customers authorize or configure directly. These services may receive customer data when enabled by a customer, but they are controlled by the customer's own account or workspace settings.
