Starter is the entry point if you want Mail on its own. You get the fast, keyboard-driven client Superhuman is known for, its core email productivity features like Split Inbox and snippets, and Superhuman AI.
Business is where the headline AI features live. Auto Drafts (replies written for you before you open the email), Ask AI, and custom AI labels all require Business. So if the AI is the reason you are looking at Superhuman, budget for $40 per month, not $30.
Enterprise is quoted by sales and adds SSO and admin controls.
